In-house Courses

In-house Courses

Selecting the best and most effective training for your employees can vastly improve your chances of success.

It can help build your competitive advantage and equip your employees with the skills that your business needs. Research shows that training your employees can bring your business an increase in productivity, profits, motivation and higher customer satisfaction.

Businesses often decide that in-house training is the most cost-effective way to improve the skills of their employees. In house courses:

• can be scheduled at business convenience,

• are focused, consistent and relevant to your business needs,

• peripheral expenses such as travel and accommodation are reduced,

AGCC's in-house training can take several forms:

• An off-the-shelf training programme,

• A training course designed and delivered by AGCC,

• A training programme tailored to your needs and managed by AGCC,

• A blended approach to training including on and off the job learning, courses and coaching.

AGCC's in house training courses accommodate up to 10 delegates per course and, by selecting one of the above options, can be highly flexible and cost effective training option.
