1-1 Training

Despite the significant advantages of open course training, AGCC has already satisfied the specific needs of some of our core clients using 1-1 training.

1-1 training involves the delegate working closely with one of our highly experienced team of trainers, suited to their particular learning need.  Training is confidential and often takes knowledge to a deeper or more advanced level on specific topics.

Delegates attending 1-1 sessions would be encouraged to complete our Pre-Course Questionnaire so trainers are briefed on requirement in advance and delegates have a chance to focus on what they hope to gain from the training.

We can offer 1-1 courses for most of our scheduled courses running at the Chamber:

• Managing stress in the workplace

• Resolving Conflict

• Leading Successfully to Enhance Performance

• Developing and Implementing Strategy

1-1 training is conducted over a focused half day session.
