Introduction to Leadership

 This one day Introduction to Leadership will provide participants with an insight into the exciting world of Leadership through exploration of a range of theories and styles. Participants will learn through reflective exercises which allow them to consider their current practice and through interactive activity which allows them to experience a range of styles and approaches. An action planning activity will enable participants to take a planned approach to improving/enhancing their leadership behaviour.
