Southbound carriageway closure on Ellon Road

Resurfacing work on Ellon Road will enter a new phase from 7pm on Thursday 28 July.

The southbound carriageway will be closed from the North Donside Road roundabout to the Links Road junction, with two-way traffic on the northbound carriageway for up to 19 days.

Links Road will be closed for a distance of 20 metres from the Ellon Road junction. Balgownie Road will be one-way westbound only, for 20 metres from its junction with Ellon Road.

Parking bans will be in force on Balgownie Road between the Ellon Road and Scotstown Road junctions, and on Scotstown Road between the Balgownie Road and North Donside Road junctions.

Right-turn bans will be in force from Ellon Road into Balgownie Road, Balgownie Crescent and Hutcheon Gardens, from Hutcheon Gardens into Ellon Road, and from Balgownie Crecent into Ellon Road.
