Spike due to speak at Duthie Park this weekend

Spike the talking cactus will be back entertaining the crowds at Duthie Park’s David Welch Winter Gardens on Saturday [10 December] from 12pm-3.30pm.

The popular attraction made a return to the Winter Gardens earlier this year after being removed in 1998. The comeback was cut short, however, when 16 windows in the gardens’ arid house were damaged by vandals, forcing its closure.
