Stonehouse appoints maintenance manager

Stonehouse Property Management has restructured its property and maintenance department to create one part-time and two full-time jobs.

This follows a decision employ a maintenance manager and to take all repairs and maintenance inhouse. The maintenance manager is a qualified plumber, electrician and gas engineer.

“This has been done in the best interests of our landlords to ensure their properties are looked after as well as possible and joins the range of dedicated services we already offer them,” said Ross Murray of Stonehouse.
