Sustainable Food & Drink - Environmental Good PracticeThe ‘Green Club’ is an informal group of food and drink manufacturers committed to sharing their experiences about the ‘green’ steps they’ve taken to cut costs, reduce wastage and enhance their environmental credentials. The Green Club evolved from Sustainable Food & Drink’s conversations with manufacturers who expressed an interest in understanding how others drew on the environmental agenda to cut costs, wastage and improve their organisation’s environmental credentials.
