Event Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings will not be accepted without payment. Substitution of delegates can be made at any time. Any bookings received less than 24 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed to be included in the delegates list on the day. AGCC aims to ensure all its services are accessible. If you have any special access or dietary requirements please contact AGCC before the event. Cancellations received in writing up to 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of booking fees. There is no refund for cancellations received after this date.
