Due to the high volume of weather-related calls Aberdeen City Council’s customer contact centre is experiencing longer than usual waiting times.

Citizens with non-urgent calls are advised to call back later. Those with urgent calls are asked to be patient. Staff will get to you as soon as possible.

The customer contact centre number is 08456 080919. Housing, road and environmental problems can be reported using this number. This is also the number to use to report fallen trees.
