Personal Effectiveness

As the world of work is rapidly changing and organisational structures and work activities are continually evolving, the expectation of staff to work at the height of their effectiveness has increased.  This course will help you understand your own personal working style and how it impacts upon others.  Discover ways to advance your personal and professional potential by making positive changes to allow you to develop and self-manage yourself better.
