Many organisations depend heavily on contracts for the delivery of projects and services. Poor contract management often allows performance to drop and can lead to costly errors. This course is aimed at equipping non-contract professionals with the key concepts of contract management, providing an understanding of contracts in a business context with explanation of the practices necessary to fulfilling these responsibilities effectively. It is based on the practical experience of how contracts add value and the course will be supported with a series of case studies. The objective is to give delegates the practical skills necessary to manage contracts effectively. As far as possible, the course aims to avoid jargon and provide clarity.
