This workshop aims to develop the capability to prepare for any negotiation and influence the outcome in a positive way. Key to the success of the individual or organisation is planning and preparation but also understanding the obstacles and hurdles they may need to overcome. Style and approach may also be critical. We will discuss many aspects of negotiating with others, with the key outcome being to understand how to influence others and create win-win situations.
