Motivation and Delegation

Look at what motivates you as an individual and how you can ensure that you maintain appropriate levels of motivation and then at how you as a manager or leader can motivate others. The course looks at why people are reluctant to delegate, how to overcome this and make delegation more efficient, examining what can and cannot be delegated and the implications of getting it wrong.
