Dealing with Difficult Situations

Difficult situations often arise from communication issues and dealing with differing personality types. This highly interactive course uses exercises, discussion groups and case studies which help you overcome the challenging situations with confidence. Upon completion of this training course you will be able to communicate your point clearly and avoid difficult situations caused by miscommunication. You will also possess skills and techniques that will help deal with these situations if they arise.
