Corporate social responsibility, corporate conscience, corporate citizenship, responsible business – whatever the moniker, a company’s economic, social and environmental contribution is increasingly important in the modern marketplace.
A well-constructed approach to CSR can help build reputation as a responsible business which can affect real social change. Many companies favour suppliers who have community-focused policies and increasing customers don't just prefer to deal with responsible companies, they insist on it.
Following on from the successful CSR breakfast briefing in 2018, this event will feature a networking breakfast and an overview by our panel members on the role of employers in the region to promote good corporate citizenship and partnership working.
Hosted by CNOOC International and Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce with guests from BITC (Business in the Community), the discussion will focus on how all sectors working as partners can be a positive force for good in the region.
