Creative Leadership - Insights into why leadership and innovation matter when times are tough.
When markets are challenging, competitors everywhere and profits down Leadership can be a challenge and often a lonely space to occupy. However, insightful leadership, delivered in an authentic way can transform the future and sustainability of an organisation.
In this session Dr Ian Heywood and Chris Matchan will explore why being a creative leader matters when times are tough. Ian will start by exploring the link between Creative Leadership and Innovation. Look at how different types of leadership skills are needed to support innovation when times are challenging and share some case studies of creative leadership. Chris will then explore what makes each of us the leader we are. He will draw on the neuroscience of leadership and suggest ways we can all strengthen our approach to leading in challenging times.

Heading into 2018, businesses of all sectors, shapes and sizes will require strong directorship and effective management in order to flourish in a time of significant uncertainty and change for the country.
