The name Philip comes from the Greek name Philippos which means lover of horses. If I'm being honest I'm not a huge lover of horses however I do love a great day out and I also enjoy networking and meeting new people.
The AGCC networking at the races event is my favourite working day of the year. You're "odds-on" to have a great time even if it is your "maiden" race meeting/networking event.
If you want to hit the jackpot and make new connections you could stay at home and hope for a longshot.
If you aren't blinkered you might prefer meeting other stallions and filly's as the horses gallop down the home straight.
If you're looking for a return that's a banker, I would highly recommend networking at the races. You might feel you don't have the nose for it, however tipsters are on hand for the novice punter.
