This year, the Aberdeen Student Show returns with its much-loved annual production.

An entirely student-led show, brought together in just four weeks of intensive rehearsals. It’s an incredible achievement, raising funds for 50 local charities across Aberdeen and the surrounding area. For 2026, the spotlight falls on ‘Cove Actually’ - and we are incredibly proud to be supporting such a fantastic cause as sponsors.

This production is particularly close to our hearts. Not only do we share a genuine passion for musical theatre as a business, but we also have friends and families directly involved in bringing the show to life on stage. That personal connection makes it all the more meaningful for us to play a part.

The Aberdeen Student Show itself has a remarkable legacy, running for over 100 years. Over that time, it has raised millions for local charities, making a real and lasting difference to communities across the North East.

In today’s climate, that support matters more than ever. With the rising cost of living continuing to put pressure on individuals and organisations alike, many charities are facing increasing demand while having fewer resources to meet it. Initiatives like this are vital, helping local charities continue their essential work and support those who need it most.

Last year alone, the show raised an outstanding £167,000 through ticket sales, sponsorship, and dedicated fundraising efforts - an incredible achievement and a testament to the passion and commitment behind the scenes.

We are delighted to once again contribute both our sponsorship and our time to support this inspiring initiative. Productions like ‘Cove Actually’ not only raise crucial funds, but also play an important role in keeping Aberdeen’s vibrant theatre scene thriving - bringing people together, celebrating local talent, and ensuring the arts continue to flourish in the Granite City.

If you can, we’d strongly encourage you to get involved - whether that’s by supporting the charities, spreading the word, or simply enjoying a fantastic night at the theatre. Be sure to grab your tickets and experience ‘Cove Actually’ for yourself.
