Johnny’s been in this line of work for around eighteen years, launching Protect Mortgage Solutions in February 2024. “When I was looking for an office I noticed that few providers had smaller 1-2 desk options in Aberdeen, whereas SBC is excellent at catering for this demographic,’ says Johnny. ‘I’d heard the Skene name as it’s well known locally, and seen the brand driving around the city, so it felt familiar. There are many details I don’t worry about, from cleaning to the internet, I just focus on Protect Mortgage Solutions. I still get excited helping buyers, especially first time buyers. It’s a special time in their life, and it’s rewarding to be part of that.”
