That’s it, three months to go until the final event curtain falls at AECC and we move to The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA). I’m excited to be part of this fab development, and I’d be delighted if you would join us in our new home. How? Well, read on…
I joined the sales team as corporate sales executive just over a year ago, during which time we’ve worked hard as a team to raise awareness of TECA through networking and attending events like The Ultimate Business Show. TUBS is a particularly important platform for us as it is attended by the local market. AECC has a great working relationship with businesses in the region and we hope for this to continue at TECA.
Most people know that TECA is being built, but did you know that we have seven conference suites and 11 meeting rooms, perfect for events of any size? From a boardroom meeting for 10 to an annual conference for 300, a lunch and learn for 20 or a banquet for 500 – we have an appropriate space for you.
As we move towards the opening of TECA, we are offering you the chance to ‘Pick Your Perk’ when you book a meeting for up to 100 delegates to take place between September and October 2019. Perks range from complimentary bacon rolls to an exclusive behind the scenes tour of the venue; you can pick the perk that suits you best. This promotion is available to meetings booked between now and the 9th of July 2019.
Our meeting spaces offer a turnkey solution, whereby you can show up in the morning and simply plug in your laptop, no need to arrange extra microphones, screens, projectors and so on. Included in the rental of a meeting space is all of the standard AV IT you could need – if you would like something bespoke such as a hard-wired internet connection, our in-house AV IT team can arrange that for you. The experienced team from AECC will move to TECA, so you can be assured that the same care and attention will go in to all aspects of your event.
Our introductory offer is valid for both Day Delegate Rate and Room Rental plus Extras options. Both options will result in your event being assigned a dedicated event executive who will be on hand in the run up to and on the day of your event – who wouldn’t want an extra pair of hands to help?!
