The latest Quarterly Economic Survey showed some welcome signs of improvement in the North-east economy, but businesses are still facing significant pressures.

In Q2, 68% of businesses identified inflation as a greater concern than three months earlier, up from 37% in Q1. Meanwhile, 41% reported that their cash flow had decreased over the previous three months.

But what has changed since then?

The Q3 Quarterly Economic Survey is now open, and Research Chamber is asking businesses across the North-east to share what they are experiencing now. Your response helps build the evidence AGCC uses to represent businesses and engage with decision-makers.

The QES is delivered in partnership with Gilson Gray LLP and takes around five minutes to complete.

Have your say and help us understand what is really happening in the North-east economy.
