In this diverse and changing environment, our employees are spending time working remotely as well as on the business premises.

This can have a huge impact on personal development, team growth and delivering on expectation. Some may thrive from working on their own, but it may have an impact on perspective. These people may get so lost in their own thoughts, they may not seek the views of the wider audience. Others may struggle to perform continuously when on their own, needing the views and energies of other people to create their personal energy from.

Coaching and Mentoring has always been an important part of the leader’s role. As leaders find their roles changing to support their teams in this new working environment, we must seek more ways of reaching our people. This programme identifies with the new ways of working and the needs of each person within the team.

What will you learn?

At the end of this programme, participants will be confident in:

  • Fundamentals of coaching and mentoring
  • The benefits of feedback and coaching and mentoring
  • The coaching and mentoring environment – virtual success
  • When and how to use coaching for:
    • continuous improvement
    • stretched goal setting
    • accountability
    • overcoming barriers
  • Behavioural styles and communication needs
  • Coaching and mentoring for success using specific tools for guidance and analysis
