The ability to identify and manage emotion as a tool to gain an advantage in the workplace can be invaluable.

This, combined with the ability to develop situational awareness and influence emotional outcomes provides the delegate with powerful and effective tools when managing meetings, communicating with colleagues, negotiating and dealing within teams, projects or with clients.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a great motivational tool that can be used to improve performance and wellness in the workplace.

Everyone. The skills learned in this course provide an effective basis for any manager or team member. It will allow the delegates to maximise their potential and that of their team.

With many of the areas covered easily cascading to improvements within the workplace for other team members and staff.

The ability to influence and manage emotional triggers will provide a competitive advantage to any member of staff in day-to-day communication in the workplace.

This course lasts for one day and is delivered at the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce Training Hub by our approved expert trainers.

These sessions are also perfect for groups of staff that require the same training and can also be organised at your offices, an external location of your choosing.
