Dr Adam Marshall virtually 'sits down' with United States ambassador to the United Kingdom Robert Wood "Woody" Johnson IV to discuss the UK - US trading relationship.

Ambassador Johnson will also share insights into the general business developments between the two countries as we work to restart, rebuild and renew.

President Donald J. Trump nominated Robert Wood Johnson to be United States ambassador in June 22, 2017. He was sworn in by vice president Mike Pence in the presence of President Donald J. Trump on August 21, 2017. He presented his credentials to the United Kingdom’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office on August 29, 2017.

Ambassador Johnson has served for more than 30 years as the chairman and chief executive officer of The Johnson Company, New York, New York, a private asset management firm; and since 2000 as the chairman and chief executive officer of the New York Jets football team and New York Jets Foundation.

Ambassador Johnson has served on the president’s export council, the president’s commission on White House Fellows and he is also a member of the council on foreign relations.
