The British Chambers of Commerce Quarterly Economic Survey (QES) is the UK’s largest and longest-running independent business sentiment survey. It is widely referenced by the government, its agencies, the Bank of England and national media as a definitive barometer of the health of the economy.
Join us at the Chamber offices on Friday, January 23, from 8am–10am to hear how the outlook for North-east businesses in 2026 compares with firms across the rest of the UK.
Findlay Anderson, Partner and Head of Corporate at survey partner Gilson Gray, will present the headline findings from the QES. He will be followed by Graeme Gordon, Chair of the Opportunity North East Digital Tech Board, who will explore the survey’s digital and technology insights, including how businesses are adopting and using AI to support their operations.
At this FREE business breakfast hosted by Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, Chief Executive Russell Borthwick will also examine what the recent Scottish Budget means for the region and how it is shaping AGCC’s government engagement and policy work, before chairing a panel Q&A.
