One of the North east’s longest established legal firms has announced that it sold property worth £22million in its landmark anniversary year.
Laurie & Co celebrated its 70th birthday last year and it has just announced the achievement in property sales across its Aberdeen, Aboyne and Ballater offices. Offering a mix of urban, suburban and rural properties the three locations are uniquely positioned to maximise local insight and consistent high standards across its network.
The company has now hit the ground running in 2026, with proposals to add an unspecified number of new jobs to the 22-strong team and plans to expand the employment law offering in response to customer demand. This will further augment Laurie & Co’s portfolio and ensure the growing client base has access to the full range of legal services including residential and commercial property, wills, trusts and executries, dispute resolutions, employment, commercial and property litigation and family law.
