Based in Aberdeen, the firm has been providing recruitment services for over 50 years and will continue to deliver its established recruitment offering alongside this new solution.
The Total Workforce Solution has been developed in response to evolving hiring demands, with organisations increasingly seeking greater flexibility, improved efficiency and cost reduction as well as more scalable workforce models.
The model is designed to integrate recruitment expertise more closely with client organisations, aligning hiring activity to business needs, workforce planning, and project timelines. As part of the service, aaa Consulting also provides contractor payroll support, allowing clients to manage both recruitment and engagement of contingent labour through a single, aligned solution. Early implementations have shown measurable reductions in time to hire and overall recruitment costs, alongside improved consistency and reduced pressure on internal teams.
The solution has already been applied within a leading engineering consultancy, supporting both contract and permanent hiring activity over the past year and enabling a more streamlined and responsive recruitment process.
