Following his appearance on the BBC Two culinary show, Great British Menu, chef Kevin Dalgleish will be hosting a series of events at his restaurant in Aberdeen: Great British Menu - The Experience.

Held at Amuse by Kevin Dalgleish on Queens Terrace, Kevin will be serving up the same six courses he served to Great British Menu judges including Angela Hartnett and Tom Kerridge. The dining experience celebrates British gastronomy with Scottish ingredients, while tying into this year’s theme of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Talking about the evening, Kevin Dalgleish, chef-patron at Amuse, said:

“The support I received from both old and new customers while I was on Great British Menu this year completely blew me away. I wanted to give people the opportunity to try my Olympic and Paralympic Games inspired menu for themselves so we’ve put together a series of four evenings throughout April. I can’t wait to see lots of regular and new faces at Amuse for this Great British Menu experience very soon.

“I’m especially excited for guests to try ‘God Bless our Soles’ - my fish course inspired by Scottish sprinter, Eric Lidell, on the 100th anniversary of his Olympic Gold Medal win, which was scored a 9 by acclaimed chef Angela Hartnett.”

The first three events sold out in just 24 hours, and there are very limited tickets available for Thursday 11th April. The six-course menu is priced at £90pp, with paired drinks from £55. Bookings are now open and can be made via OpenTable using the link here.

Leading Scottish chef, Kevin Dalgleish, opened his first restaurant, Amuse, a refined, relaxed dining experience at Queens Terrace, in the heart of Aberdeen in July 2022. Amuse was quickly awarded 2 AA Rosettes and is featured in the 2023 Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland.
