Two Aberdeen commercial property veterans have joined forces to launch a new venture aimed at shaking up the North-east market.
Iain Landsman and Derren McRae have launched Landed Real Estate, the rebranded successor to Hutcheon Mearns Real Estate.
Mr McRae has left his position as head of office at CBRE Aberdeen to become co-owner of the new firm alongside Mr Landsman.
The duo previously worked together for 13 years at CBRE before Iain left to establish Hutcheon Mearns Real Estate in 2023.
Based on Queens Road in Aberdeen, Landed Real Estate will operate across all areas of commercial property, including offices, industrial, retail, investment and development sites.
