Back by popular demand, this session will feature a mock employment tribunal. Attendees will be guided through selected excerpts from a tribunal hearing, with opportunities to discuss the process and key considerations. Participants will also have the chance to take part as witnesses or judges, casting votes on the outcome in a festive, Christmas-themed setting.
The session will conclude with case studies and an open Q&A. Attendees are encouraged to submit questions or scenarios in advance when registering.
