An Aberdeen building occupied by energy giant TotalEnergies has been sold in a deal worth £28.55million.
The logistics headquarters, which was built in 2014, at Aberdeen Business Park has been acquired by Alderan SCPI.
The property totals more than 182,000 sq ft of office and workshop space, along with a 220,000 sq ft concrete yard, and generates an annual rental income of £2.4million.
The industrial investment deal was the largest carried out by Ryden in Aberdeen since 2018, the P&J reports.
Daniel Stalker, Ryden investment associate, said: “Aberdeen’s industrial investment market has seen strong performance throughout 2025, with transaction volumes doubling to £129million, up from £64million in 2024.
“Our investment team’s acquisition of the TotalEnergies logistics facility at Aberdeen Gateway for £28.55million was a significant achievement and represents the largest industrial investment deal since 2018.”
