Businesses and members of the public are to get the chance to see what Aberdeen Rapid Transit (ART) vehicles could look like if the project progresses.

As part of building the business case for ART, the team behind the project are bringing a demonstrator rapid transit vehicle to the region.

And the public are being invited to come along and see the vehicle at number of locations across the region next month.

The vehicle will be following the itinerary below:

The aim of hosting the vehicle is to enable the public and stakeholders to view firsthand what an ART vehicle could look like.

The vehicle has been provided by transport manufacturer Irizar and will be colourfully wrapped in ART branding while it's out and about in the region.

The ART project team are inviting businesses to ‘come aboard’ and see the ‘tram-like’, zero-emission vehicle and to get a flavour of what the rapid transit service would feel like.

Members of the project team will also be on hand to answer any queries you may have.
