Aberdeen Wine School has opened bookings for its 2027 Saturday Wine Experiences at Malmaison Aberdeen, introducing a new programme of country-themed wine tasting sessions designed to showcase some of the world's most celebrated wine regions.

The newly launched 2027 schedule includes sessions focused on South Africa, Germany and Austria, and Australia and New Zealand. Hosted at Malmaison on Queens Road, the experiences offer guests an opportunity to explore different wine-producing regions through guided tastings and food pairings.

Each five-hour event begins with a welcome glass of fizz, followed by a guided tasting of wines from the featured region. Guests will then enjoy a freshly prepared three-course lunch, designed to demonstrate how food and wine can complement each other.

The tastings will be led by Anna Ferrier, owner and lead educator at Aberdeen Wine School, whose relaxed and approachable style turns each session into a lively conversation about wine rather than a formal lecture.

The new country-focused themes have been created to give guests the opportunity to get under the skin of some of the world's most exciting wine regions, whether they are complete novices keen to discover what they enjoy or seasoned wine lovers looking to find their next favourite bottle.

Beyond a great day out for foodies, the hosted sessions offer a refreshing option for corporate entertaining, team celebrations or thoughtful gifts.

Places for the 2027 country-themed Saturday sessions are limited to help keep tastings personal and interactive.
