Ken Clow, Donald Russell’s CEO says: “We’re immensely proud of our butchery heritage and love getting the chance to show this off. The skill level our Butchers have is phenomenal and the results are great-tasting food that’s consistently loved by customers and critics alike.”
Donald Russell have a history in Butchery going back almost half a century when they first started supplying the restaurant trade to 1974. Since then, they’ve been awarded a Royal Warrant for supplying the Royal Households, which they’ve held continuously since 1984, and began selling directly to customers over the phone and online, all from their Aberdeenshire butchery.
