Aberdeenshire-based instinct Marketing + PR has reported a 60% increase in revenue compared with the previous financial year, following a period of sustained growth.
Led by Managing Director Debbie Rennie, the consultancy supports businesses with strategic marketing and communications across a diverse range of sectors from energy, manufacturing, and technology, to professional services, tourism and third sector.
The growth reflects a year of continued investment in client relationships, delivery and strategic direction, with the business strengthening its position as a trusted marketing partner for long-standing as well as new clients.
Managing Director Debbie Rennie said: “To have ended the financial year with revenue up by almost two-thirds is a significant milestone for the business.
It has been a challenging year in many ways, but this growth is the result of hard work, resilience and a very intentional focus on building the right kind of business.
We’ve continued to strengthen client relationships through dedicated partnerships, deepening our understanding of each business and focusing on where we deliver the greatest value. For us, growth is not simply about doing more. It is about doing the right work with the right clients and creating partnerships that have real impact.”
Instinct Marketing + PR works with growth-focused and purpose-driven businesses, providing ongoing marketing support as well as project-based consultancy across PR, communications and strategic marketing.
The business is now focused on building on its momentum, with clear goals for continued growth and a strong emphasis on supporting SMEs with strategic, relationship-led marketing.
Debbie added: “We’re proud of the progress we’ve made and excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue to grow in 2026.”
