Isabelle Douglas, a Partner in the family law team, is available for consultations in the Peterhead branch, while Tom Main, an Associate and Notary Public, meets with clients in the Inverurie branch.

For Isabelle, the connection to Peterhead is deeply rooted. She was born and educated in the Buchan area and began working at Aberdein Considine’s Peterhead office in 2003.

Isabelle is instructed in a wide range of family matters, including separation and divorce, financial provision, cohabitation claims and disputes involving children. She also regularly advises clients in relation to cohabitation, pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements.

Tom is the resident family law solicitor in the firm’s Inverurie branch. He trained with Aberdein Considine and qualified as a solicitor in 2017. He has experience in all aspects of family law cases, including those involving parental responsibilities and rights in respect of children, international relocation disputes, cohabitation agreements and financial issues arising from separation/divorce.
