Aberdein Considine has moved to strengthen its Commercial Real Estate team with the appointment of a new partner.
David Orr, who has been promoted from associate to partner, joined the firm’s Aberdeen office in 2012 and has played a key role in the growth of the firm’s Commercial Property team, particularly in the Central Belt. Now based out of the firm’s Glasgow legal headquarters he advises clients across the whole country.
He specialises in commercial property law, with particular expertise in real estate finance and investment, and has been working with clients in the sector for 15 years.
Following a number of acquisitions, the firm has been heavily focusing on expanding and strengthening its legal teams and specialisms throughout the country.
Aberdein Considine offers property, legal and financial services to private and commercial clients across Scotland and the north of England.
