Aberdein Considine’s highly regarded banking litigation and debt recovery team has been shortlisted for Legal Team of the Year at the Credit Awards next month.

The team, which acts for major UK banks and financial institutions, will contest the award at a prestigious ceremony being held during Credit Week at Celtic Manor, Wales.

Aberdein Considine is a Legal 500 top-ranked banking litigation firm and has the UK’s largest volume recoveries team. 2024 was a record year for the turnover and new instruction volumes, and Partner and Practice Head Myra Scott was once again recognised as a L500 Leading Individual.

The firm was successfully reappointed to the UK’s largest mortgage lender’s UK Recoveries Panel and was instructed on total outstanding mortgage balances in the UK of more than £1 billion in 2024.
