A leading independent access, inspection, and maintenance company has marked its landmark 21st anniversary by announcing an acquisition that is set to play a key role in writing its next chapter.

Euro Energy Services (EuroES) has just announced the acquisition of fellow city-based company Future Access Solutions Ltd (FAS) for an undisclosed sum.  The move is seen as a natural progression in uplevelling the existing service portfolio whilst further enhancing the companies’ combined foothold in key onshore and offshore markets including wind farms, civil engineering, utilities, food and drink, and offshore construction and maintenance.

It is anticipated that the synergies created by bringing the companies together will bear fruit for clients too, particularly in relation to providing an enhanced rope access service and Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) accreditation.

The move will also see more than 20 Future Access Solutions personnel join the already 50-strong  Aberdeen-based knowledge pool at EuroES HQ at Altens, Aberdeen.

Industry-recognised Future Access Solutions was founded by Andrew Graham who has more than 30 years of operational experience gained across the professional diving and topside access industries.  The company provides access consultancy and construction services to the offshore energy, marine and onshore civils, and construction sectors.
