ActionCOACH UK has continued its winning streak at the Great British Franchisee Awards (GBFA), with Central Midlands franchise partner Anu Khanna named one of this year’s winners.
Anu’s win extends an impressive run for the world’s number one business coaching franchise, with an ActionCOACH partner recognised by the GBFA every year since 2022. She follows in the footsteps of Jenni Morgan (2025), Jon Asquith (2024), Gary Keating (2023) and Kevin Riley (2022), marking five consecutive years of recognition for the network’s franchise partners and their commitment to helping business owners achieve lasting success.
The awards recognise the UK’s leading franchise partners, with judges considering business growth, customer satisfaction, staff retention, community involvement and leadership. Anu’s success reflects her strong business performance, the measurable results she delivers for clients and her commitment to helping fellow coaches succeed.
Her achievements also demonstrate the strength of ActionCOACH's culture of education, accountability and shared success.
ActionCOACH UK Performance Director James Vincent, who has coached and mentored Anu for more than seven years, said, “Anu lives by one belief: action speaks louder than words. In a business called ActionCOACH, no one embodies that more. What she says, she does, every time and the level of action she catalyses in everyone around her is inspirational.
“The best athletes train every day... so do the best coaches... and so does Anu. Quarter on quarter, year on year, Anu and her clients hit and exceed their goals. And on top, she gives an incredible amount back to our ActionCOACH community, sharing her best knowledge daily so others succeed too.
“I’ve coached and mentored Anu for over seven years and I’ve learnt a lot from her too. Great British Franchisee Awards winner... there’s no one more deserving.”
For Anu, her GBFA triumph is a real honour: “I’m incredibly grateful to be recognised. For me, the best part of this business is seeing the difference we can make to business owners, helping them build stronger organisations and achieve things they might not have thought possible.
“I’ve gained so much from being part of the ActionCOACH community. Sharing ideas, learning from other coaches and supporting each other to get better is a huge part of what makes the network special. I’m delighted to receive this award and so appreciative of everyone who has been part of the journey.”
The judges also praised Anu’s financial performance, client relationships and investment in her team, as well as her contribution to the wider franchise network and community through her support of the Buddy Bag Foundation.
Suzanne Melville of WhichFranchise, the organisation behind the GBFAs said, “Anu is an exceptionally deserving winner of a GBFA, having demonstrated outstanding business growth, exceptional client results and an unwavering commitment to helping others succeed. Her impressive financial performance is testament to her drive, determination and business expertise.
“What particularly impressed the judges was Anu’s ability to combine commercial success with a genuine passion for developing people. Her outstanding client feedback, long-term relationships and consistent delivery of exceptional results demonstrate the quality of her coaching, while her investment in her team and commitment to continuous improvement have created strong foundations for future growth.
“Anu’s contribution extends far beyond her own business. She generously shares her knowledge and experience across the franchise network and makes a meaningful difference in the wider community through her support of the Buddy Bag Foundation. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and determination to help others achieve their potential make her a fantastic ambassador for franchising and a truly worthy winner.”
