The award was announced at The Rewards 2026 ceremony on Wednesday 16 September at Hilton London Bankside, bringing together organisations, teams and individuals from across the payroll, reward, benefits and people services industry.
The Service Provider Excellence Award – Global Payroll recognises activpayroll’s focus on delivering accurate, reliable and consistent payroll services to organisations operating internationally. With more than 500 clients across 150+ countries, activpayroll combines global capability, local expertise and technology to support complex payroll requirements across markets.
Over the past year, the company has maintained client retention above 98% and payroll accuracy exceeding 99%, while introducing initiatives such as Payroll Pulse, its real-time post-payroll feedback programme, to strengthen the client experience.
The award recognises the expertise, commitment and collaboration of teams across activpayroll, much of whose work takes place behind the scenes to keep payroll accurate, compliant and moving for clients and their employees around the world.
