First Aid at Work Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire has added additional OPEN course dates to its August training schedule following increased demand from businesses and individuals across the North-east.
The additional courses will take place on 24th and 25th August 2026 at the First Aid at Work Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire training facility in Aberdeen.
Courses available include:
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- First Aid at Work – Requalification
- First Aid at Work – Blended
- Emergency First Aid at Work + Forestry
The additional dates have been introduced to provide more opportunities for businesses needing to train new first aiders, renew existing qualifications or ensure their teams have the appropriate first aid training in place.
Sarah Phillips, Lead Trainer at First Aid at Work Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire, said: “We’ve had a number of enquiries from businesses and individuals looking for training during August, so I’ve added some extra OPEN course dates to help meet that demand.
“OPEN courses are particularly useful for businesses that may only have one or two members of staff requiring training, as they can book individual places without needing to arrange a full course at their own premises.
“With the additional dates now scheduled for 24th and 25th August, hopefully we can help a few more businesses get their first aid training sorted before the end of the summer.”
Places are limited and advance booking is essential.
