Odfjell Technology (UK) Ltd is pleased to announce that Adura Energy Limited has signed a Letter of Intent to exercise its remaining two-year option under the contract for the provision of comprehensive drilling services on the Mariner A platform in the North Sea.
In addition, Adura has extended the contract with an additional two-year option.
The scope of services includes managing operations, maintenance and repairs for both the main rig drilling facility and the intervention completion unit.
Odfjell Technology has supported the Mariner asset under this contract since 2019, and this remains one of the largest integrated operations it performs. With the exercise of this option, the firm period of the contract is extended to November 2028, with a further two-year option included after that.
