Agilico Workplace Technology has partnered with IRIS Education, one of
the UK’s leading software providers for schools, trusts, and colleges, to
deliver a powerful new integration between Agilico Verify and IRIS Financials
(formerly PS Financials).
The collaboration has resulted in the development of a new
integration connector that enables fully automated invoice matching and
approval workflows within IRIS Financials, significantly reducing manual data
entry, errors, and processing times for education finance teams.
The new connector builds on a long-standing partnership between
Agilico and IRIS, established through the successful development within IRIS
Docs, which has supported users in digitising and automating their document
workflows.
“Education finance teams are under real pressure to do more with
less — and we're committed to building solutions that directly address that,
said Michelle Barry, Senior Director of Product, IRIS Education. “By automating
invoice matching end-to-end, we're giving teams a smarter, faster way to work
so they can focus on what matters most: supporting students, engaging families
and elevating education. This is exactly the kind of innovation we're committed
to delivering across our entire portfolio, and we look forward to building on
what's already a strong and productive partnership with Agilico.”
“Our partnership with IRIS highlights what Agilico does best; connecting powerful automation technology with the world’s leading business platforms,” said Elliot Thurley, Agile Docs Managing Director at Agilico Workplace Technology. “By integrating Agilico Verify into IRIS Financials, we’re helping schools and trusts simplify their finance processes, save time, and improve accuracy.”
This latest development underlines Agilico’s expanding integration roadmap, with a growing portfolio of connectors linking its finance automation tools into leading financial and ERP systems used across education, professional services, and the public sector.
Agilico’s in-house development team is continuing to work with software partners to create bespoke integration solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains and unlock the full potential of digital automation.
“We see integration as key to the future of workplace automation,” added Agilico’s Elliot Thurley. “Our technology is built to adapt. Whether that’s through API development, custom workflows, or partnerships like this one with IRIS.”
