The new appointment of service delivery manager Gary Craigen aims to help the team build and grow international operational excellence and delivery.

Gary aims to achieve this through the standardisation of operational performance, in processes, procedures and the development of people and systems, whilst also championing QHSE and continuing to help build strong client relationships.

Having been involved in various operational management roles from small start-ups through to large corporate companies for over 30 years, Gary brings a wealth of experience to help assist AISUS’ next critical growth steps. This will include the development and review of all operational systems and the development of people and training.
