The Horizon Centre provides the high-quality, flexible space we need to support our operations in Aberdeen and the wider North East.

“Bringing J1W Ltd into the RTS group marks a significant milestone for us, strengthening our capabilities in ROV robotics and tooling. Establishing both businesses under one roof at The Horizon Centre will allow us to collaborate closely and drive innovation for our clients.

“The move has been handled professionally and efficiently by the landlord and park management team, and we are confident this new base will play a key role in our continued success.”

Gordon Pirie, Asset Manager at Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks, added: “The acquisition of this site was a fantastic addition to Aberdeen Energy Park and we are delighted to have concluded a high-quality letting in just over six months. This reinforces the Park’s position as a premier destination for industry and innovation.

“We pride ourselves on offering occupiers flexible, modern space with opportunities for further development. RTS is a perfect example of the type of forward-thinking business we aim to support. We also look forward to progressing development plans for the remaining three-acre site and anticipate further announcements later this year.”
