Aberdeen-based leadership development company AMHWAL Leadership Academy is celebrating its third anniversary, marking a remarkable journey of growth, impact, and innovation in leadership training and organisational development.
Founded by Anurag Rai, Organisational Psychologist, Fellow at the Institute of Leadership and bestselling author, AMHWAL has quickly established itself as one of the leading names in leadership and team development across the Northeast and beyond. The academy has worked with some of the region’s most respected organisations.
Reflecting on the milestone, Anurag Rai shared: “Just about four years ago, no one knew me in Aberdeen.
