Amuse has launched its new seafood menu which will run alongside its lunch and a la carte menu, on Saturdays and Sundays.

Amuse is running this menu to celebrate the freshest, local seafood Scotland has to offer.

Choose from a wonderful selection of langoustines, crab, mussels and of course the fantastic Fruits de Mer. Indulge in this seafood selection alongside a glass of Taittinger champagne from the Champagne tray. 

In preparation for the Tall Ships returning to Aberdeen, Kevin and his son Robbie, have been getting in the spirit by fishing their very own lobsters and crab for the menu.
