On Thursday, April 6, Aberdeen and Scotland football legend, Willie Miller, is teaming up with award winning chef, Kevin Dalgleish for an unforgettable evening of food, wine and football history at Kevin’s restaurant, Amuse.

Hosted by Richard Gordon, former host of BBC Scotland’s SportSound, the Scottish Football Hall of Fame alum, Willie Miller, will retell the tales of his career playing for and managing Aberdeen FC and his career in the Scotland national team.

Chef Kevin will prepare a four-course menu and wine pairing using the very best Scottish local and seasonal produce. Talking about the evening, Kevin Dalgleish , Chef Patron for Amuse, said: “As a lifelong football fan, we’re truly honoured to have Willie Miller join us at Amuse. Not only will Willie be regaling us with his stories of a lifetime of football but will also be joining us for a Q&A between courses.

“We’re also going to be joined by Richard Gordon, who will be acting as host for the evening, and comedian Alex Fleming, who will be ending the evening with his stand-up comedy. It’s a night not to be missed.”

Leading Scottish chef, Kevin Dalgleish, opened his first restaurant, Amuse, a refined, relaxed dining experience at Queens Terrace, in the heart of Aberdeen in July 2022 and has already been featured in the 2023 Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland. Kevin recently represented Scotland in the eighteenth season of BBC 2 cooking show, The Great British Menu.
