Amuse is delighted to announce the launch of its new eight-course tasting menu on Monday September 28, building on the success of its previous six-course offering and taking guests on an even more expansive culinary journey.

The new “8 of the Best” tasting menu brings together a carefully considered selection of dishes, showcasing seasonal ingredients, creative techniques and the distinctive style of the Amuse kitchen.

Among the highlights are the return of Creedy Farm duck from Devon, a much-loved ingredient making its way back onto the menu, alongside an Alp Blossom cheese course designed to round out the dining experience.

Chef Dominic has also been working hard behind the scenes to perfect Amuse’s Japanese milk bread, which will be served with a delicate hibiscus butter as part of the new tasting menu.

To complement the eight courses, guests will also have the option of choosing from two wine pairings, each carefully selected to enhance the flavours and progression of the menu.

With the two additional courses, returning favourites and new creations from the kitchen, the new eight-courses tasting menu marks an exciting next chapter for Amuse and offers diners the opportunity to experience even more of what the team has been creating behind the scenes.
